CSV.2.5.110 Harvest in Certain Locations Prohibited
(a)(1) No member shall harvest or gather wild rice from any portion of a stream or flowage where the bed is privately owned.
(2) For the purposes of this section, "privately owned" means owned by a person or entity other than the Tribe, another signatory tribe, or the State of Wisconsin or its political subdivisions.
(b) No member shall harvest or gather wild rice from Wisconsin - Minnesota boundary waters as those waters are defined in Section CSV.2.13.020(b)(14) of this ordinance.
