CSV.1.5.070 Open Season

(a) There is no closed season for the harvest of wild rice on any body of water on the reservation as defined in Section CSV.1.2.010(ddd) of this ordinance except for the following:

(1) Any other body of water for which the Tribal Wild Rice Authority has established a closed season pursuant to Section CSV.1.5.020(c) of this ordinance.

(b) No member shall harvest or gather wild rice in any body of water for which there is a closed season pursuant to Section CSV.1.5.070(a), except during the time(s) as such body of water is posted open by the Tribal Wild Rice Authority pursuant to Section CSV.1.5.020(c)(1) of this ordinance.
