By order of September 20, 2023, while retaining jurisdiction, this Court remanded this case to the Clinton Circuit Court to ascertain the children’s tribal membership and the adequacy of the tribal notices. On order of the Court, the circuit court’s opinion on remand having been received, the application for leave to appeal the March 30, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
