Nothing in this Title shall be construed as a grant of a right of access to Tribal or restricted Indian land. Access, use, and occupation of Tribal or restricted Indian land shall be governed by federal and tribal law governing easements, rights-of-way, and leases on said lands.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
