Every order, finding, authorization, or certificate issued or approved by the Commission under any provisions of this Title shall be in writing and filed with the Commission. A Certificate under seal of the Commission that any order, finding, authorization or certificate has not been modified, stayed, suspended or revoked, shall be received as evidence in any proceeding as to the facts therein stated.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
