No appeal may be based on an evidentiary ruling unless a substantial right of a party is affected and (a) An objection or motion to strike is timely made, stating the specific ground of objection, unless the specific ground was clear from the context; and (b) In the case of a ruling excluding evidence an offer of proof in the form prescribed by the court is made.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
