A Court of Appeals is hereby established, consisting of the judges of other tribal courts who from time to time consent to sit on a panel of three judges to hear appeals cases. One of the three judges on every panel must have graduated from an accredited law school and be a current member of the bar of any state ("Attorney Judge").Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
