The Court shall set, and the Clerk of Court shall collect fees for the services of the Court, including but not limited to the following: (a) Filing of summons and complaint. (b) Service of summons and complaint by mail. (c) Filing of foreign judgment. (d) Issuance of writ of execution. (e) Provision of copies, and provision of certified copies.
