This ordinance shall govern the sovereign immunity of the Tribe pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance within Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation lands as well as off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
