Any Applicant who is dissatisfied with a decision concerning eligibility of assistance, the level of benefit approved, or the type of services available, can appeal that decision under the Tribe's appeal procedures for denial of services. If the reason for the denial of the Application is that there are no longer any HAF Program Funds remaining, such denial is not subject to appeal.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
