The Housing Authority shall inspect all grounds and equipment at least once a year to determine the general condition and trends which may indicate problems. The Housing Authority shall determine the scope of maintenance work that may need to be completed in the area and repair any hazardous conditions as soon as possible.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
