A final judgement in favor of the Band is conclusive as to the title of the Band, in and to the interest in the trust or restricted land described in said judgement, against any and all parties in said action, including unknown Respondents, and against any and all persons claiming from, through or under such a party by title accruing after the filing of the judgement by the clerk of the Court.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
