Officers of the Commission shall be Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary. The Tribal Governing Board shall name one of the Commission members as the Chairman of the Commission. The Commission shall elect from among its members a Vice-Chairman and a Secretary. All officers shall serve one-year periods. In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall preside.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
