Unless the lease provides otherwise, the interest charges and late payment penalties prescribed by the lease shall apply in the absence of any specific notice to the lessee from the Tribe, and the failure to pay such amount shall constitute a breach of the lease.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
