If the Tribe believes a lessee to be in default, the Tribe may commence an enforcement action by filing a complaint under the Tribe's Rules of Civil Procedure Code, Title II Chapter 1, as amended. The complaint shall state the facts forming the basis of the default, the relief sought, and shall include a description of the leased premises at issue.
