(a) Any order issued by the Division or the Department under this law shall inform the practitioner and/or operator of his or her right to appeal the order and any time limits associated with an appeal. (b) Any operator or practitioner aggrieved by an action of the Division or the Department may file a notice of intent to appeal with the Tribal Court within three (3) days after the action is taken.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
