Employees shall not engage in off-duty misconduct which is deemed detrimental to the Tribe/LCOHA. While it is impossible to predict every detrimental situation, the Tribe/LCOHA may determine that off-duty misconduct is adverse to the Tribe/LCOHA, because it is serious in nature; is at odds with an employee's job duties; or is notorious and has the potential to discredit the Tribe/LCOHA.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
