Each employee handling cash will be personally responsible for that amount until they have someone else sign off for it, or until it is verified as having been deposited into the proper bank account. Any shortages resulting from lost or missing cash will be deducted from the next payroll check of the last person to sign off as having received it prior to it being discovered to be lost or missing.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
