This ordinance may be amended by the Tribal Governing Board. Prior to amendment the Tribal Governing Board shall provide a copy of the proposed amendment to the Policy Council for its recommendation at least one (1) week before the meeting. The Policy Council may debate an amendment before a recommendation on adoption if provided to the Tribal Governing Board. All recommendations for approval of amendments must be recorded in the Policy Council Minutes.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
