Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Assistance benefits may be revoked or forfeited for any Beneficiary who is found to have misapplied program funds or to have made any misrepresentations during the application process. Assistance may also be forfeited should said benefits be treated as a resource to the detriment of the Tribe or a Beneficiary.
