Polling site workers do not necessarily have to be members of the Election Committee. They can be hired by the Tribal Governing Board to work at the polling sites on Referendum Election Day only, and shall be paid the same rate as Election Committee Members as established pursuant to Section ELE.2.4.030(g)(2) of this ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
