Notwithstanding any other provision of this ordinance, the Children's Court may, upon proper notice of waiver of notice, accelerate and combine any of the hearings provided for in this subchapter. The Court may require the accelerated preparation of any court reports or waive the reports, except that any report required as a prerequisite to an out-of-home placement may not be waived.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
