After Tribal Governing Board reconsideration, any person whose application for enrollment has been rejected or who has been renounced may appeal the Tribal Governing Board's decision to the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the provisions of 25 C.F.R. Part 62 (2014) or its successor. The decision of the Secretary of Interior shall be final and conclusive.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
