The voluntary relinquishment of any Citizen (Member), who relinquishes their Citizenship (Membership) for the purpose of enrolling in another federally recognized Tribe, shall not become effective until the request for enrollment in the other Tribe is accepted. Once accepted, enrollment in the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe shall cease immediately.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
