CTZ.1.6.050 Governing Board to Determine Applicant's Eligibility

(a) The Tribal Governing Board shall review each application for enrollment, and accompanying information and evidence, together with the recommendations of the Citizenship (Enrollment) Committee and determine whether the applicant is eligible to be enrolled as a member of the Tribe.

(b) The Tribal Governing Board shall express, its final determination of eligibility for enrollment in a resolution properly certified by the Tribal Governing Board's Secretary. The determination shall show or attach documentation of the Citizenship (Enrollment) Committee's recommendation and the applicant's date of birth.

(d) Determination by the Tribal Governing Board shall be final except as otherwise provided in Subchapter CTZ.1.8 of this ordinance.
