To the extent that the U.S. Department of Agriculture imposes any regulatory requirements for tribal production, processing, handling, transporting, or regulation of Hemp that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance, federal law shall apply, and this ordinance will be amended as necessary to comply with any present or future requirements imposed by federal law related to Hemp.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
