This Ordinance shall govern the research, production, processing and distribution of Hemp within the tribes Indian Country, as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 1151, as well as off-reservation lands under the jurisdiction and purview of the Lac Courte Oreilles Tribe.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
