The Commission's Biological Services Director, or his or her designee, is hereby delegated the authority to close any body of water to fishing for any species subject to a tribal quota by the use of a spear or net prior to the season's closing date for that species, provided none of the tribal quota for that species remains in that body of water.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
