CSV.2.9.040 Fishing Permits

(a) No member shall fish pursuant to this ordinance without possessing a valid fishing permit.

(b) No member shall fish with the use of a spear, except while ice fishing, or net pursuant to this ordinance without possessing a spearing or netting permit bearing the member's tribal identification number and valid for the date on which and the location in which the member is spearing or netting.
