(a) No member shall fish pursuant to this ordinance without possessing a valid fishing permit. (b) No member shall fish with the use of a spear, except while ice fishing, or net pursuant to this ordinance without possessing a spearing or netting permit bearing the member's tribal identification number and valid for the date on which and the location in which the member is spearing or netting.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
