No member or duly authorized non-member shall use as live bait while fishing pursuant to this ordinance: carp, goldfish, redhorse, fresh water drum, burbot, bowfin, garfish, buffalo fish, lamprey, alewife, gizzard shad, smelt, goldeye, mooneye, carpsucker, quillback, crayfish or other non-native or exotic species designated by the tribal conservation department.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
