Except as otherwise permitted by law, no member or non-member shall take, kill, hunt, pursue, shoot at, disturb, destroy, transport, possess, process, purchase or sell any endangered and threatened species as defined in Section CSV.1.2.010(w) of this ordinance.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
