If the tribal forestry department deems a member ineligible for a timber sale because it would not be in compliance with this ordinance, that member may appeal the decision to the Tribal Governing Board. It must take an action by the Tribal Governing Board to override the decision of the tribal forestry department.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
