CSV.1.11.020 Coverage and Scope
(a) This ordinance applies to all member/BIA Timber Sales, except for emergency situations.
(b) Certain federal laws, including 25 CFR § 163 (entitled "General Forestry Regulations"), may supersede or contain provisions that are inconsistent with this ordinance. If the federal law/contract/grant provisions are mandatory, those provisions shall control and the remaining portions of this ordinance shall be adhered to.
(c) This ordinance does not prohibit the Tribe from retracting any invitation for bids.
