This Code may be amended solely by the Tribal Governing Board by a majority vote of the entire existing Tribal Governing Board at any special or regular meeting of the Tribal Governing Board provided, however, that consideration of the proposed amendment(s) shall be provided to the Tribal Gaming Commission at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to said meeting of the Tribal Governing Board.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
