The Tribal Gaming Commission and the Tribal Gaming Enforcement Officer are hereby designated and empowered to monitor the gaming activities of any licensee, to investigate the backgrounds of management officials and key employees, to investigate the backgrounds of vendor license applicants and felony waiver petitioners, to enforce the provisions of this Code, and to report criminal violations of state, federal or tribal laws to the Tribal Gaming Commission.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
