(a) If a licensee fails to file a financial statement of gaming operations within five (5) days after notification by the Gaming Commission of the delinquency, the Gaming Commission may suspend the license pending the filing of the financial statement. (b) If the financial statement filed by a licensee is not fully, accurately, and truthfully completed, the Commission may suspend a license until such time as a statement in proper form has been filed.Lac Courte Oreilles Tribal Code of Law.
