*Tribal Supreme Court Project

The purpose of the Project is to strengthen tribal advocacy before the U.S. Supreme Court by developing new litigation strategies and coordinating tribal legal resources, and to ultimately improve the win-loss record of Indian tribes. Includes an on-line depository of briefs and opinions in all Indian law cases filed with the U.S. Supreme Court and overviews of Indian law cases pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. A current awareness service of the National Indian Law Library. The Indian Law Bulletins provide succinct and timely information about new developments in Indian Law. The archived stories go back as far as 2001. Search just this collection at the Indian Law Bulletins page.

NARF Legal Review

The NARF Legal Review is published biannually and provides updates on NARF's cases and information on other timely Indian law topics. Archived back to 1998.
