The Cheyenne River Reservation is home to the four bands (Tiospaye) of the “Titunwan” People of the Plains: The “Mnikoju” Planters By The Water, “Owohe Nupa” Two Kettle, “Itazipa Cola” Without Bows, and “Siha Sapa” Black Foot.
