Election Ordinance
Article V. Terms of Office
Section 1.
The Terms of Office of the Executive Committee and the Election Commission shall be pursuant to Article IV and VI of the Absentee Shawnee Tribal Constitution.

Section 2.
If an incumbent on the Election Commission runs for re-election, unopposed, the incumbent will be allowed to continue their duties in their current position in order to keep a full complement body.

Section 3.
Vacancies of any Elective Office shall be promptly filled by the REMAINING members of the affected body by appointments pursuant to ARTICLE VIII, Section 1 & 2 of the Absentee Shawnee Tribal Constitution.
