Election Ordinance

Article I. Purpose

To provide for an ordinance, duly adopted by the General Council of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma, establishing regulations for Tribal Elections. The Tribal Elections are to be conducted by the Election Commission in accordance with this Election Ordinance.
