Access to Tribal Law Project | How to Participate
Joining the ATLP is easy! Call 303-447-8760 or click here to join today! While digital participation is our ultimate goal, tribes can join the ATLP at three levels of participation. Here's how to join!
A tribe can become a member of the growing list of tribes already on board simply by sending a current copy of the tribe's code, constitution, regulatory statutes, judicial opinions, and/or other tribal law materials:
- via email (Word or PDF format preferred) to David Selden at firstname.lastname@example.org
- in print version to:
National Indian Law Library
Boulder, CO 80302
To add a tribe's materials to the growing collection of codes and constitutions available on our website, an authorized tribal government official can simply call David Selden at (303) 447-8760 ext. 106 or email him at email@example.com with permission, in addition to sending the tribal law materials as directed above.
In 2009 NARF and West Publishing entered an agreement to help tribes publish tribal law content through Westlaw's new Tribal Law Collection in addition to our collection here at NILL. Click here to read more about the project, and call David Selden at (303) 447-8760 ext. 106 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up or for more information.
