ARTICLE IX. BILL OF RIGHTS
In the exercise of its powers of self-government, consistent with its culture and tradition, the Tribe shall not deprive any person within its jurisdiction of the rights reflected in the Indian Civil Rights Act, 25 USC § 1301 et seq.
In addition, the Tribe shall not take any action that would abridge any tribal religious or traditional practices.
