§23 REPEALER AND SEVERABILITY
§23-1-1 Repealer
(a) All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts of Ordinances and Resolutions which conflict with this Ordinance and Tribal Code are repealed.
§23-1-2 Severability
(a) The provisions of this Ordinance and Code are severable. If any part is declared invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration shall not affect the part which remains.
