§18 PERSONNEL AND ETHICS

§18-1-1 Personnel

(a) The "Personnel Policies and Procedures Tribal Administration Manual" adopted by the Tribal Council on January 26, 1993, and the "Personnel Policies and Procedures Tribal Enterprises Manual" adopted by the Tribal Council on June 1, 1989, are hereby ratified and affirmed as though fully set out herein. Any and all amendments to said manuals shall be accomplished by the method and manner prescribed for amendments to the Tribal Code but shall be incorporated in the manuals only.

 

§18-1-2- Ethics

(a) All officials and employees of the tribe shall be bound by and strictly adhere to the following:

(1) §8-6-10, Failure to Disclose Conflict of Interest, Tribal Criminal Code.

(2) §8-6-11, Misuse of Confidential Information, Tribal Criminal Code.

(3) §III B4(a-b) and B5(AB), Personnel Policies and Procedures Tribal Administration Manual

 

§18-1-3 Penalties

(a) Violation of any provision of §18 shall be a Class A Misdemeanor as defined by the Tribal Criminal Code.
