Sec. 14-1. VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.
A person who violates any provision of Chapter 14 of the Code shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed six (6) months or to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or both such imprisonment and fine, with costs.

Sec. 14-12. ADOPTION OF STATE LAW. (A.R.S. 4-244)
The laws of the State of Arizona and the regulations of the Arizona
Department of Liquor Licenses and Control in regard to manufacturing,
transporting, selling, possessing, consuming or otherwise dealing in
spirituous liquors are adopted and made applicable on the lands within
the exterior boundaries of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Community.
