The Colville
Tribal Law and Order Code contains laws of a general and permanent nature,
including all amendments, standard formatting changes and enactments,
approved September 20, 2001.
Citation
to Resolutions
Citations
to resolutions that enacted an entire chapter are located at the end of
each chapter and indicate the resolution that adopted the chapter and
the date of adoption and certification. Citations to resolutions that
amended specific sections within a chapter are located at the end of the
section.
Publication
and Official Website
The Colville
Tribes intends to annually publish a revised code, including all amendments,
standard formatting changes, and enactments. The code will be available
in hard copy or CD form, at the discretion of and at a cost established
by the Code Reviser.
Within
the year, the code will be available on the official website of the Colville
Tribes.
