§ 32A-5-4. Application
of the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978
The
protections set forth in the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978,

including provisions concerning notice to the Indian child's tribe, transfer
to tribal court and placement preferences, apply to all proceedings involving
an Indian child under the Adoption Act.
