Case Update

The Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Tribes have had an application for delegation of authority to set federally approved water quality standards from US-EPA pending since 1996. NARF is working with the Tribes' Environmental Division to development the necessary documentation and support for submission to US-EPA to secure the delegation.
